Talking of year, as we gradually see the back of 2016 and usher in 2017, I want to share some facts about ny debut children's novel that you probably didn't know and I'll be providing the snippets each day, every day until 01.01.2017 when we greet one another with A Happy New Year victory shout.

 Can you believe it just 1 day left till we see the back of 2016 for good so without further ado, here's the final Bee Hive Novel fact for this year at least

My highest Amazon UK ranking to date is less than 4000. What that means is my book was at one point ranked the 250 highest selling book in the UK even if it was just for one day AND I have you all to thank for that

Lastly I have completed my 2nd book and currently writing my third - 2000 words in!

Hi Everyone

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Simon Adepetun author of The Bee Hive my debut children's novel.

I have always had a passion for writing right from when I was in Junior school. It was always a dream for me that one day I'd see my name on the front cover of a book.

After a 2 year journey, on the 31st May 2016, that dream became a reality. Double whammy you could say as not only is my name on the front cover, it is shared with the name of my now 13 year old daughter and illustrator of the book.

The book's release has seen me appear in over 5 paper/magazine articles, 2 radio interviews. I have contact 87 local schools regards my free creative writing workshop that has enabled me work with kids from years 3-9 teaching them how to write creatively along side introducing them to my story The Bee Hive.

I have already visited 3 schools with several more dates pencilled in. I have been invited to give out awards to deserving local kids and inspire them to read and write creatively.

I have also met members of the public in functions in Orford, Birchwood and Great Sankey.

Thanks to all your support, The Bee Hive is now the most talked about children's novel in the town of Warrington in England.

Not bad for a Christian, full time Sales Manager and married Father of 3 young children

People deem me a local celebrity who has met celebrities along the way. I'm just a simple guy who loves to write.

A book that is now available in every good bookshop in the UK as well as in USA, Poland and even Sweden with the availability growing fast!

The Bee Hive Novel written by me in 2014, illustrated by my now 12 year old daughter. Sent to the publisher in 2015...finally finally we have a date for the release of one of the best children's novels of all time ( we can make it happen you and I)
